• Influencers & Creators: Individuals with micro- (5,000–100,000 followers) or larger audiences seeking campaign opportunities.

It covers personal data collected through our website, mobile applications, APIs, and any other interactions with our Services.

• Processing: Any operation on Personal Data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure).

• Data Controller & Processor Roles: When a Brand accesses or receives your Personal Data via SocioFlo, the Brand is Data Controller and EarlyDot Tech acts as Data Processor per their instructions and this Policy.

• Login & Profile Data – We request the instagram_business_basic permission only to allow you to log in with an Instagram Professional account and display your profile name, picture and follower count.
• Insights & Media Data - We request the instagram_business_manage_insights permission only to fetch your media and account insights, so you can view them in your customizable dashboard.

Youtube

• Basic Read-Only Access - – We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile only to read your channel data and basic profile information (e.g., channel name, avatar).
• Analytics Data - – We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly only to retrieve your video and channel analytics for display in your dashboard.

5. How We Collect Your Data

• Directly: Registration, updates, participation, support.
• Automatically: Cookies and tracking technologies.
• From Social Platforms: With your authorization via APIs.
