These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by EarlyDot Tech, constitute the entire agreement between you and EarlyDot Tech regarding the Service.
