This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the rules and guidelines for all persons and entities (“Users,” “you,” or “your”) accessing or using the SocioFlo platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by EarlyDot Tech Private Limited (“EarlyDot Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Compliance with this AUP is a condition of your access to and use of the Service. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account or access rights, and pursue any other remedies available under law or contract.

1. Scope & Applicability

This AUP applies to all User activities on or through the Service, including but not limited to:

• Registration, profile management, and content submission by Influencers and Brands
• Campaign creation, management, and communication tools
• Public-facing website interactions (e.g., browsing, downloads, API access)
• Any data uploads, messaging, file sharing, and integrations

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to engage in any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Conduct

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
• Engage in, facilitate, or promote fraud, money laundering, terrorist activities, or any other criminal activity.
• Transmit, distribute, or store malicious code (e.g., viruses, worms, trojans) or any material designed to disrupt, damage, or impair the Service.

2.2 Harassment & Abuse

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or defame any person or entity.
• Publish or share content that is obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that promotes violence.

2.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

• Send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages (spam) via SocioFlo’s messaging tools or to email addresses obtained through the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to send bulk or repetitive messages.

2.4 Data Scraping & Unauthorized Access

• Scrape, mine, harvest, or collect information about other Users or the Service without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with any other User’s access to the Service or impair the performance or security of the Service.

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Upload or distribute content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Circumvent any digital rights management or access control technologies.

2.6 Misuse of Campaign & Payment Features

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the results of any campaign.
• Manipulate campaign performance metrics (e.g., artificially inflate engagement).
• Submit false or misleading payment instructions, invoices, or billing information.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

3.1 Investigation

We reserve the right to monitor User activity, investigate potential violations, and review any content submitted or transmitted.

3.2 Enforcement Actions

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion:

• Issue a warning or temporary suspension of your account or access rights.
• Permanently terminate your account and delete your data (subject to our Privacy Policy).
• Report your conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.

3.3 No Liability

We are not obligated to monitor the Service but may do so at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an enforcement action.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any conduct or content that violates this AUP, please report it promptly by contacting us at legal@socioflo.com with the subject line “AUP Violation.” Include sufficient details (e.g., URLs, screenshots, Usernames) to help us investigate.

5. Changes to This AUP

We may revise this AUP at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
