SocioFlo enables Brands to create and manage influencer campaigns, discover and collaborate with Influencers, and process related transactions. Please read this Policy carefully. 1. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all Brands using SocioFlo to:

• Campaign Management: Create, launch, and track influencer marketing campaigns.
• Influencer Discovery: Search, evaluate, and select Influencers.
• Collaboration: Communicate and share campaign briefs with Influencers.
• Payments & Escrow: Process payments for campaign deliverables.

It covers personal and business data collected through our website, mobile applications, APIs, and any other interactions with our Services.

2. Definitions

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure).
• User Content: Any content you post, submit, or display through the Service (e.g., campaign briefs, messages).
• Brand Data: Business-related information you provide (e.g., company name, billing address).
• Influencer Data: Personal data of Influencers that you access via the Service (e.g., profile metrics, personal and contact details explicitly shared by Influencers). When accessing Influencer Data, you act as the Data Controller. EarlyDot Tech acts as a Data Processor on your behalf and processes data strictly according to your instructions and this Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility & Data Accuracy Requirements

• Authorized Users: You must be legally entitled to act on behalf of your organization and provide accurate Brand Data.
• Accuracy: You warrant that all data you submit is true, accurate, and up-to-date. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.
• Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and to obtain any required consents from Influencers when sharing or processing their personal data.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Brand Registration: Company name, registration number, address, contact person, email address, and phone number.
• Campaign Details: Campaign briefs, budgets, timelines, target criteria, and creative assets.
• Payment Information: Billing details, payment method, and transaction records.
• Communications: Messages, files, and attachments exchanged with Influencers or customer support.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, clickstreams.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, location data (city-level, based on IP), and referral URLs.
• Analytics & Cookies: Cookies, web beacons, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to improve and personalize your experience (see Section 8).

4.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment Processors: Transaction records and billing information for campaigns processed through escrow.
• Integrations: If you link external services (e.g., CRM, analytics), we may receive data subject to their privacy policies.
• Public Sources: Aggregated public business information and statistics.

4.4 Information from Specific Connected Platforms

Instagram (Business or Creator Account)

• Login & Profile Data – We request the instagram_business_basic permission only to allow you to log in with an Instagram Professional account and display your profile name, picture and follower count.
• Insights & Media Data - We request the instagram_business_manage_insights permission only to fetch your media and account insights, so you can view them in your customizable dashboard.

Youtube

• Basic Read-Only Access - – We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile only to read your channel data and basic profile information (e.g., channel name, avatar).
• Analytics Data - – We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly only to retrieve your video and channel analytics for display in your dashboard.

5. How We Collect Your Data

• Directly from You: During registration, campaign creation, profile updates, and support inquiries.
• Automatically: Via cookies and similar technologies when you interact with the Service.
• From Integrations: With your authorization, we pull data through APIs (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
• From Public Sources: Aggregated business and market data from publicly available sources.

6. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provisioning & Performance: To enable account creation, campaign management, influencer discovery, payment processing, and reporting dashboards.
• Communication: To send you transactional emails, campaign notifications, billing receipts, support responses, and Service updates.
• Personalization & Recommendations: To suggest relevant Influencers, campaign optimizations, and learning materials based on your profile and activity.
• Analytics & Improvement: To analyze usage trends, diagnose technical issues, and optimize our Service.
• Marketing & Promotional: With your consent, to send newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
• Legal & Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights, safety, or property of EarlyDot Tech, our users, or the public.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

With Influencers & Creators

• Campaign Sharing: We share brand basic information, campaign briefs, performance metrics, and delivery requirements with Influencers who use our services.
• Reporting: Aggregated or anonymized campaign performance data may be available to other Brands for benchmarking.

Service Providers

We engage trusted vendors to perform services on our behalf, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers have access to data only as needed and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Public Authorities

We may disclose data if required by law (e.g., valid subpoena, court order), to investigate fraud, to comply with government requests, or to protect rights and safety.

Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before any change in control or ownership of your data.
